In fulfillment of the first and second stages of the given project (2006-2007) a small-sized optical scheme of the interferometer was designed and a mock-up of the shearography equipment on the base of a fiber optics was manufactured.
Algorithm and a package of programs have been developed for the computer processing of interference fringes, obtained as a result of a nondestructive testing of quality of vessels using the method of electron shearography.
To test the manufactured mock-up of the shearography equipment and developed package of programs, the experiments on nondestructive testing of quality of honeycomb panel element with embedded flaws were conducted. The obtained results showed the feasibility of application of the mock-up of equipment and program package for nondestructive quality control using the method of electron shearography.
