There have been analyzed and specified engineering structural materials for tanks production that would stand operational pressure of about 20-50 MPa within temperature range minus 30 С till +40 С.
Tanks production technologies for hydrogen storage have been specified, production lines for hydrogen high-pressure tanks have been analyzed.
Basis for high-pressure tanks technological production have been developed, resistance and stability options have been tested. Based on stability calculations tanks dimensions and their capacity have been estimated. Basic diagrams for high-pressure tanks production and tanks components have been designed.
There choice of basic equipment for high-pressure tanks technological process has been proved.
