The main goal of project was study catalytic carbonization of biomass of different nature in the presence of active catalyst carbonization - phosphoric acid and study of catalytic properties of iron and nickel in the processes biomass carbonization and steam catalytic conversion of carbonized biomass.
As a result, it was found the influence of the chemical nature of the catalyst on the degree of carbonization of biomass of different nature. The process of carbonization of biomass of different origin under the influence of catalyst carbonization acid type was studied. The properties of carbonized catalysts for steam conversion of biomass based on transition metals - iron and nickel, when introduced directly into the original biomass were analyzed.
A new copper-zirconium oxide catalyst for steam conversion of carbon monoxide, which provide higher performance on the exit of hydrogen are developed. A new active catalyst for steam conversion of CO allows to process in one stage in a wide temperature region.
The our results allowed to optimize the conditions of the process of steam conversion of carbonized biomass, so that was developed way of obtaining hydrogen by steam pyrolysis charcoal catalyst with steam conversion of carbon monoxide
